Items are subject to return or exchange only:
1-If the product is damaged upon arrival; you will be required to attach a photo of the damaged piece along with proof of receipt date. Once approved and sent back, the customer will be sent the same product item again (subject to availability of the replacement) or will be refunded entirely.
2-If there is a sizing issues; all shipping costs are to borne by the customer. We recommend you refer to our sizing guide (found on the footer of the site) before placing your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified and if approved, we will send you the requested correct size.
Please e-mail email@example.com WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving your shipment if you have either of the two above-mentioned problems.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
