1. WHAT MAKES SHEEN FINE JEWELRY UNIQUE?
Each and every single design, inspired by culture, nature and people, is exclusive to our brand. All the jewelry is designed by Nosheen Bakhsh herself and hand-crafted by our artisans in Dubai.
2. WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED?
Sheen Fine Jewelry is made in 18K gold, rose gold and white gold. Each of these metals are in their original composition and are not plated (rose or white). Some collections are made in sterling silver (925) and are plated in gold, rose gold or black rhodium.
The stones used range from diamonds to precious and semi-precious stones, zircons and natural pearls.
3. WHERE ARE THE PIECES MANUFACTURED?
All Sheen jewelry is designed and produced locally in Dubai, where the brand and designer are based.
4. WHERE CAN I BUY SHEEN JEWELRY?
Sheen is now available online on this website and across Sauce stores in the UAE. We are expanding into other stores and cities very very soon. Stay tuned for updates!
If an item you’ve got your eyes on seems to be unavailable both online and at any of our stockists’ locations, please send us a photo or the item number to email@example.com or through instagram (@sheen_ae) and we can place a special order just for you. Its never too late (unless the item was an exclusive design).
5. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD/POLICY?
We have complete confidence in the high-quality of materials used for our jewelry, however, should there be any problems, we offer a one-year warranty on all items purchased directly from our website (from the date of purchase).
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover any damage caused by incidents such as accidents or inappropriate use or wear over time. This includes oxidization (which can be fixed by taking your jewelry to any jeweler or simply using a washcloth (no water!))
Depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product as well as the feasibility and availability of replacement parts, items will be repaired, replaced, or substituted by a piece of similar value. You can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact the store from which you bought the item for any problems you may have.
6. DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ITEMS PURCHASED?
We do not provide refunds. Exchanges can be done if the size is incorrect, however you will have to bear the cost of return.
7. DO YOU OFFER A REPAIR SERVICE?
We sure do. And we’re pretty good and inexpensive. We can repair your jewelry after the warranty period has elapsed at very competitive rates. You can either contact the store from which you made the purchase or alternatively e-mail us directly at email@example.com and we can assist you.
8. WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit/debit cards from Visa, Mastercard and associated brands. We use PayTabs, an award-winning firm, that is very secure. Being PCI-DSS certified and armed with 3D secure authentication and a dual-layer fraud protection system, PayTabs makes transactions 100% safe. Customer data and transaction history are protected securely to prevent identity theft, phishing and other forms of online fraud.
9. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Your shipping cost will automatically be calculated depending on your location during checkout. Shipping is only free within the UAE. We will not be held accountable for import duty and tax cost. You will be notified and invoiced directly from Aramex.
Local delivery (within the UAE) and GCC countries takes from 3-7 business days. All other international countries may take up to a maximum of 10 days. These numbers are just to play it safe. You may receive your package earlier. Who doesn't love a little surprise?
10. DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes, we do! The shipping charge for GCC and International countries varies. Should we for any reason not be able to deliver to your location, you will be notified during checkout BUT you can still drop us an e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org - where there is a will, there is a way! Unfortunately, for Qatar right now we are unable to process orders.
11. HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?
Please contact us within 24 hours after you've placed your order. E-mail us your order number and we'll try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. We can't change or cancel an order if you fail to inform us within 24 hours of your purchased order. That means our amazing artisans have already started crafting your sheeny shiny piece!
12. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. The email is just a confirmation that we have received it, NOT that your order has been dispatched. When its on its way, you will receive another e-mail with the tracking number.
